Terms of Service

Pre-launch notice. Sahaaya is currently in a pre-launch phase. We are not yet providing paid services, accepting payments, or onboarding active care relationships. These Terms govern your use of our website and your participation in our waitlist. They will be updated when commercial services begin.

1. About Sahaaya

Sahaaya (operated by Sahaaya World Inc., a Georgia corporation) is a care coordination platform that helps non-resident Indian ("NRI") families connect with vetted local providers in India for senior care support. We coordinate; we do not directly provide medical, nursing, home-care, financial, or legal services. All such services are delivered by independent third-party providers.

By accessing sahaayaworld.com ("the Site"), submitting our waitlist form, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site and any future services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. You may not use the Site if you are a minor. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may join our waitlist by submitting your name, email address, parents' city, and plan interest. Joining the waitlist:

Information provided is used to evaluate interest, communicate about our launch, and contact you when services become available in your parents' city.

4. No professional advice or services

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, healthcare services, legal advice, financial advice, or professional caregiving recommendations. The Site is informational and promotional in nature. You should not rely on any content here for decisions about your or your family's health, finances, or legal matters. Always consult qualified professionals.

When our services launch, we will act solely as a coordinator. Independent licensed professionals and providers in India will deliver any actual care, medical, financial, or related services, and you will contract directly with such providers (or through Sahaaya as agent) under their own terms.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahaaya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahaaya World Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your participation in the waitlist, regardless of the legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

All content on the Site — including the Sahaaya name, logo, written content, illustrations, and design — is owned by Sahaaya World Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site uses third-party tools including Formspree (for form submissions) and Google Analytics (for traffic measurement). Your interaction with the Site may involve data processing by these third parties under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

10. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 5, 6, 7, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Sahaaya World Inc. regarding the Site, and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
